Role of Department: The Human Resources Department works collaboratively with all departments, managers, employees at Grafton County in the areas of recruitment, retention, labor relations, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, employment policies, maintaining personnel files, safety, wellness, training, orientation, and legal compliance with federal and state regulations.
