Public Hearing – Cancelled

A public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Grafton County Administration Building, located at 3855 Dartmouth College Highway, North Haverhill, NH. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Middle Mile Broadband grant application and the required 30% match funds.  The Delegation will consider a supplemental appropriation of up to $7,500,000 for the purpose of funding this NTIA match requirement with the funds to come from unassigned fund balance. 

Immediately following that public hearing will be a meeting of the Grafton County Delegation, also held at the Grafton County Administration Building, located at 3855 Dartmouth College Highway, North Haverhill, NH, held for the following purposes: 

1. To vote and authorize a supplemental appropriation of up to $7,500,000 to be funded through unassigned fund balance, for the purpose of providing the required NTIA match.  
2. To discuss any other matters to come before the Delegation.
